YOUR PRIVACY
Paola Boutique is committed to maintaining our customers' privacy. We collect customer
information for the purposes of customer service and shipping orders. We do not
sell, rent or share your info with any third party companies. From time to time
if our customers choose to receive our promotional emails, we may send
promotional information, such as sales, new arrivals and seasonal specials. At
paolaboutique.com we make your shopping experience as glamorous as our
swimwear, because customer satisfaction is our priority.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Paola Boutique we value your satisfaction. If for any reason you are
unsatisfied with your purchase we will gladly provide you with a refund, store
credit or exchange.
-If you wish to get a refund, simply send your item(s) back to us within
15 days of the ship date.
-If you wish to get an exchange or store credit, simply send the item(s)
back to us within 30 days of the ship date.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items will only receive store credits or exchanges. No refunds.
RETURN, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT PROCEDURE
Please email paolaboutique@ymail.com to request an Authorization Form,
the form will immediately be emailed to you.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees and we recommend your
package be shipped via an insured and traceable method. Paola Boutique is not
responsible for lost or damage packages.
We must receive the item(s) within 15 days of the ship date for a refund.
After 15 days no refunds will be accepted, only exchanges or store credits.
Refunds incur a 5% fee banking fee. This 5% fee is waived for store
credits or exchanges. (For those orders with free shipping) The shipping fee of
$9.75 will also be deducted from the refund.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who makes excessive returns
and exchanges.
FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO INSURE YOUR REFUND,
EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT
-Neatly fold the item(s) and place them back in their individual bags.
-Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, with all ticketing and tags attached.
-Protective shields intact, do not remove when trying on.
-Item(s) must be kept in a smoke free environment and protected against pet odors,
hair or dander.
Once we receive your package we reserve the right to inspect and refuse the
item(s). If the item(s) have been worn and are not in the same condition in
which it was shipped to you. We will send the item(s) back and the return shipping
fee will be charge to you.
Special Orders are not eligible for refunds only store credits or
exchanges.
Refunds usually take between 15 to 30 business days from the date we receive
your item(s). Funds will be refunded via the same payment method used when the
purchase was made.
TRYING ON
Because swimwear is an intimate apparel, please ensure that you wear
undergarments while trying on. Swimsuits must have protective shields intact
and they must not be removed while trying on. This rule is strictly enforced to
comply with federal health regulations and for the protection of our clients.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Paola Boutique is not responsible and will not pay for any duties or
taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred with international shipping. It
is the client’s responsibility to investigate and understand these associated
charges prior to making a purchase. If the client for any reason refuses an
item for delivery, no refund will be provided for the shipping fee and
additional charges will apply.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please note that after tags are removed we are not responsible for damages.
All items undergo quality control and are checked for any defects before they
are dispatched to customers. We hold superior quality standards because we want
you to have the best customer experience possible! In the unlikely event that
you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us within
24 hrs. We will replace you item for the same product in the same size, subject
to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired
or replaced. However, if the item is replaceable, refund requests will not be
granted.
COLOR VARIANCE
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our
products in our website. However, as computer monitors vary we cannot guarantee
that your monitor will display all colors accurately.

Free Ground Shipping offers do not apply to returns or refunds.
